Is it really a day?
Yup, it really is. Choose the outcome you need and a date that works, and together with you, we’ll make it happen by close of business that day!
How long does a VIP day last?
Our Vip days are usually between 5-6 hours long in total but it depends on each business owner individually as some people need more frequent breaks, while others aim for a lunch and snack break. We always get the main agenda done!
We start t 10am UK time, and wrap up around 5pm UK time, with breaks for lunch and mind-space.
I want to come to Brighton! Can I do a VIP day in-person?
Yes! You absolutely can come and do this in person with us, on the checkout page tick the "in person add-on" option.
There's an additional "in-person" cost as we hire a private space, cater lunches and take you out for either drinks or tea afterwards, depending on your desires. We also have the option of a London VIP day - which we can discuss on our onboarding call if you want us to come to you vs. stay in Brighton.
You'll hang out with Alisa all day, and this means that we spend a lot more time together "in person" vs. virtually.
How does the timing work, what if I'm in the USA/Other Time Zone?
We start t 10am UK time, and wrap up around 5pm UK time, with breaks for lunch and mind-space. However, if you're in the US, there are two options: we either start at 11.30 UK time and work a little later into your afternoon. Or, we split the VIP day into two half days for you. It depends on your time zone and our availability at the time of booking your VIP day. We discuss this with you once you've booked your day with us on your onboarding call.
How do I know which VIP Day is right for me?
My best suggestion is to book in a call with me (there's a gold button right below this FAQ section) and we can discuss what you + your business need!
I've got the content planning party/ I'm a Maven / in one of your other courses, how is this different?
While I absolutely love my digital products, they're a blueprint for how I do things, and they're not customised to YOU and what YOU need. In our VIP days, you might see a resources or a spreadsheet that's similar to one of the ones in our digital products (particularly if you're inside our content planning party), but we will customise each one to you and what your business needs. Each resource will be tailored to your business, goals and desires.
Note, we have never digitised our ecosystem trainings so this is completely brand new and the behind-the-scenes of my business - this training you will have never seen before.
What does my investment cover?
Your investment covers the full VIP day of between 5-6 hours of work together. We also send you pre-work and a final "round-up" email within 24 working hours of our VIP day concluding, including the VIP day recording if it is virtual.
Do you have a refund policy for VIP Days?
Due to the nature of the time we spend with you in the VIP day product, we do not accept refunds on VIP days.
What do I need to do to prepare for my VIP day?
Depending on which VIP day you choose, we send out customised prep-work for you to complete 1 week before your VIP day is due to begin.
